Our Capacity:

We have an association with many bulker transporters that are deployed to assist us in our lifting and transport of fly-ash from various locations in Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujarat. Each vehicle has a payload capacity varying from 30 to 50 tonnes. We have a strong business network spread across various states of India, and we cater to various big and medium-scale construction companies.

Fly-Ash Details:

• Fly ash is a burnt and powdery derivative of inorganic mineral matter that is generated during the combustion of pulverised coal in a thermal power plant. The burnt ash of the coal contains mostly silica, alumina, calcium, and iron are the major chemical constituents.
• The chemistry of fly ash depends on the type of coal burnt in the boiler furnace, the temperature of the furnace.

Processed Fly-ash :

We have set upa  fly-ash processing plant near NTPC Jhajjar with a daily capacity of approximately 200 MT. Processed fly-ash has very fine fly-ash particles, which are used in making high-strength concrete. Our processed fly-ash has varied retention levels starting from 12%20% on a 45 micron sieve. Based on client’s requirement, we can set up the fineness level in our plant and can supply fly-ash as per client’s specifications.

Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) Details:

Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is obtained by quenching molten iron slag (a by-product of iron and steel-making) from a blast furnace in water or steam, to produce a glassy, granular product that is then dried and ground into a fine powder. It is substantially lighter than Portland cement.

The chemical composition of our GGBS contributes to the production of superior-quality cement. Over the period of time, its load-bearing properties continue to increase as it absorbs surplus lime released during hydration to form more calcium silicate hydrates. These hydrates add to the strength of the cement.

• Reduces the temperature rise and helps to avoid early-age thermal cracking.
• Improved workability.
• When mixed with Portland cement, it is the preferred material in the construction of High-rise buildings, Marine applications such as dams, shore protection construction, Sewage treatment plants, Cement products such as tiles, pipes, blocks, Asbestos Cement Sheet,s etc.

• Reduces thermal cracking caused by the heat of cement hydration.
• Improves durability to attack by sulphate and acidic waters.
• Reduces the early age temperature rise.
• It reduces the overall slab weight and cost.
• The addition of micro silica decreases efflorescence due to the refined pore structure and increased consumption of the calcium hydroxide.
• Silica Fume are used to make Waterproof Concrete
• It is used in Dams, Bridges, Pillars, High Strength Structures, etc.
